Gambaran Histopatologi Pasien BTA (+) dan (-) Biopsi Jaringan KGB

Abstract


Jenis Tuberkulosis ekstra paru (TBEP) terbanyak adalah limfadenitis tuberkulosis yang menyerang kelenjar getah bening (KGB). Penegakan diagnosis TBEP  adalah dengan pemeriksaan klinis, histopatologi, dan bakteriologi tetapi masih menjadi tantangan karena kelemahan dari setiap metodenya.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran histopatologi dan gejala klinis pada pasien BTA positif dan negatif hasil biopsi KGB. Metode penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Desember 2018 di Laboratorium RS Al-Islam dan Laboratorium Biomedik FK Unisba menggunakan total sampling data rekam medis pasien limfadenitis yang dilakukan pemeriksaan BTA dari biopsi KGB tahun 2017. Dari  41 pasien, 3 orang (7,3%) BTA positif dan 38 orang lainnya (92,7%) BTA negatif. Gambaran histopatologi terbanyak pada pasien BTA positif adalah nekrosis perkijuan dengan granuloma sel epitheloid (3; 100%) sedangkan pada pasien BTA negatif terbanyak adalah gambaran nekrosis perkijuan dengan granuloma sel epitheloid (17; 44,7%).  dan gambaran tidak spesifik ke arah TB (17; 44,7%). Gambaran histopatologi pada pasien BTA positif dan negatif cenderung memperlihatkan nekrosis perkijuan dengan granuloma epitheloid.
