Perbedaan Laboratoris Hematologi dan Antibodi Dengue Pada Anak Penderita DD, DBD, DSS di RS Al Ihsan Bandung Tahun 2015-2018

Abstract. Dengue virus infection is a global health problem and has spread rapidly throughout the WHO region in recent years. The clinical manifestations of dengue virus infection vary greatly. Apart from clinical symptoms, the diagnosis needs to be supported by hematological examination such as platelets, hematocrit, and leukocytes as well as examination of dengue antibodies IgG and IgM. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in hematology and dengue antibodies in pediatric patients with DD, DBD, and DSS at the Al-Ihsan Hospital Bandung in the period of January 2015 - December 2018. This study is a descriptive analytic study that uses a cross-sectional design. The research material as many as 189 patients was taken from the medical records of patients with dengue virus infection in Al-Ihsan Hospital in the period of January 2015 - December 2018. The results of this study found that platelet counts in pediatric patients with DD, DBD, and DSS were mostly 20,000 - 150,000 as many as 187 people (98,9.%), hematocrit 30-45% as many as 149 people (78.8%), leukocytes < 5000 as many as 90 people (47.6%), positive IgG as many as 132 people (69.8%), and positive IgM as many as 128 people (67.7%). Analysis using Chi-Square Test showed that there was significant differences (p=0,000) in the platelet values in pediatric patients with DD, DHF, and DSS.

Abstrak. Infeksi virus dengue merupakan masalah kesehatan global dan telah menyebar dengan cepat di seluruh wilayah WHO dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Manifestasi klinis infeksi virus dengue sangat bervariasi. Selain dari gejala klinis, diagnosis perlu ditunjang dengan pemeriksaan hematologi seperti trombosit, hematokrit, dan leukosit serta pemeriksaan antibodi dengue IgG dan IgM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hematologi dan antibodi dengue pada pasien anak penderita DD, DBD, dan DSS di Rumah Sakit Al-Ihsan Bandung periode Januari 2015 - Desember 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik yang menggunakan desain cross sectional. Bahan penelitian diambil dari rekam medik pasien infeksi virus dengue anak di RS Al-Ihsan periode Januari 2015 - Desember 2018 sebanyak 189 pasien. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan jumlah trombosit pada pasien anak penderita DD, DBD, dan DSS sebagian besar adalah 20.000 - 150.000 sebanyak 187 orang (98,9%), hematokrit 30-45% sebanyak 149 orang (78,8%), leukosit <5000 sebanyak 90 orang (47,6%), IgG positif sebanyak 132 orang (69,8%), dan IgM positif sebanyak 128 orang (67,7%) Analisis dengan menggunakan Uji Chi Squere hanya nilai trombosit pada pasien anak penderita DD, DBD, dan DSS yang memiliki perbedaan bermakna dengan nilai p=0,000 (nilai p<0,05).
