Pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Nilai Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of intellectual capital, managerial ownership, and the value of company to company performance in manufacturing companies subsector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Factors tested in this study are the intellectual capital, the managerial ownership, and the value of company as an independent variable. While the company performance as a dependent variable. Research method used in this research is descriptive research method and verifikatif. Population in this research is manufacturing company sub sector food and beverage which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016 which amounts to 15 companies. While the sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so the number of samples in this study amounted to 8 companies. While the data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis at significance level of 5%. The results showed that the intellectual capital influential negatif and not significant to the company performance, while the managerial ownership and the value of company has a positive and significant effect to the company performance.
