Perancangan Sistem Informasi pada Perusahaan Industri Winsonshoe

Abstract

Aabstract. Winsonshoe Industrial Company is one of the companies in the industry that is engaged in making types of shoe products, therefore the author encourages by using to develop information systems and procedures implemented in the Winsonshoe company, and the authors find information about what is at the company so that: do not have organizational structure and job descriptions in writing, input documents that are inadequate output, in the process there is no responsibility and authorization, and do not make adequate reports on each section, the purpose of this study to help the sales information system, production, warehouse, purchase, and finance. To improve the systems and procedures that exist in the Winsonshoe industrial company, and solve problems in the company so that the information system that is designed to support operational activities in the company. The method used by the author in this research is descriptive analysis and case studies, the author also uses the FAST method (Framework for system Application Systems), using JAD (Joint Application Development), the results of this study the authors found documents, systems and procedures that require to support operational activities at the Winsonshoe company.

Abstrak. Perusahaan Industri Winsonshoe merupakan salah satu perusahaan di dibidang industri yang bergerak membuat jenis produk sepatu, maka dari itu penulis meneliti dengan bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem informasi dan prosedur yang diterapkan di perusahaan Winsonshoe, dan penulis menemukan beberapa permasalahan yang sedang di perusahaan tersebut yaitu : tidak mempunyai struktur organisasi dan job description secara tertulis, dokumen input yang output tidak memadai, pada prosesdur tidak ada penanggung jawab dan otorisasi, dan tidak membuat laporan memadai pada setiap bagian, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk merancang Sistem informasi penjualan, produksi, gudang, pembelian, dan keuangan. Untuk memperbaiki sistem dan prosedur yang ada di dalam perusahaan industri Winsonshoe, dan memecahkan masalah yang ada pada perusahaan agar sistem informasi yang di rancang dapat menunjang aktivitas operasional pada perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analis dan studi kasus, penulis juga menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for Application System technique), dengan pendekatan JAD (Joint Application Development), hasil dari penelitian ini penulis mengusulkan dokumen, sistem dan prosedur yang berfungsi untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional pada perusahaan Winsonshoe.
