Islamic Journalistic in Rubrik Hikmah from Republika Newspaper

Abstract

Newspaper is one of the media for deliver journalism product. This kind of media is one of the oldest in all kind of media. The presence of the newspaper getting evolve after the invention of printer by Johannes Guttenberg from Germany in 1688 that imported from Netherlands. The presence of printer fully impact to the development of the world of journalism. This matter make journalism ideology appear as the purpose and carrying their own idealism. One of them is Islamic journalism. This ideology appear carrying religion basic which is full of Islamic thing. Republika is one of the print media that have characteristic and the vision of muslim media should cling firmly to the values of islam. In this research, researcher want to know is Republika already apply the principles of communication in the Qur’an in writing journalism product, which is Hikmah rubric. The population and sample that writer take is ‘Hikmah’ rubric in Republika newspaper. To do the surgeon in rubric’s text content, researcher using scalpel of descriptive quantitative research with content analysis approach with Pearson’s contingent correlation formula. Base on the probles, researcher formulate the research problem that is how the application of the six principles of communication according to Qur’an in Hikmah rubric in Republika newspaper. The result of the research shows that Republika is very excellent in apply the six principles of communication according to Qur’an in their journalism activity. The six principles off communication is: Qawlan Sadiida, Qawlan Baligha, Qawlan Ma’rufa, Qawlan Karima, Qawlan Layyina dan Qawlan Maysura.
