Diagram Kendali Sintetik T2 Hotelling untuk Memantau Vektor Rata-Rata Proses

Abstract


Abstract. The hotelling T2 diagram is used to control a normally distributed multivariate process. This diagram is included in the Sewhart control diagram which is sensitive to a fairly large shift in the average vector. In this thesis will discuss the combination of the T2 Hotelling control chart and the CRL (Conforming Run Length) control chart which is expected to be sensitive to small average vector shifts. The limits of CRL and T2 Hotelling control used jointly are determined based on the optimal ARL under the out of control process with a fairly small shift. Hereinafter referred to as the Hotelling T2 Synthetic control chart. Application of synthetic T2 Hotelling control chart will be used to control the gluing process for variable pH and viscosity. The comparison obtained is that the synthetic T2 Hotelling control chart is more effective in detecting data containing outliers than the average control chart per variable. The conclusion in this study is that it can be said that by using the synthetic control chart method T2 Hotelling, the gluing process with the characteristics of pH quality and viscosity is declared uncontrolled and on average the first signal will be given in the period to ARL1 = 11,75067.

Abstrak. Diagram T2 hotelling digunakan untuk mengontrol proses yang berdistribusi normal multivariat. Diagram ini termasuk ke dalam diagram kendali Sewhart yang peka terhadap pergeseran vektor rata rata yang cukup besar. Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas kombinasi dari diagram kendali T2 Hotelling dan diagram kendali CRL (Conforming Run Length) yang diharapkan dapat peka terhadap pegeseran vektor rata rata yang kecil. Batas batas kendali CRL dan T2 Hotelling digunakan secara bersama sama ditentukan berdasarkan ARL optimal dibawah proses out of control dengan pergeseran yang cukup kecil.  Untuk selanjutnya disebut diagram kendali Sintetik T2 Hotelling. Aplikasi diagram kendali sintetik T2 Hotelling akan digunakan untuk mengontrol proses perekatan untuk variable pH dan viskositas. Perbandingan yang diperoleh adalah diagram kendali T2 Hotelling sintetik lebih efektif mendeteksi data yang mengandung pencilan daripada diagram kendali rata-rata per variabel. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah dapat dikatakan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode diagram kendali sintetik T2 Hotelling proses perekatan dengan karakteristik mutu pH dan viskositas dinyatakan tidak terkendali dan secara rata-rata sinyal pertama akan diberikan pada periode ke ARL1=11,75067.
