Hubungan Self Efficacy dalam Kemampuan Mengatasi Hambatan Kerja dengan Syndrome Burnout Pegawai Lending Bank X Bandung

Abstract


Abstract. X Bank in West Java area restructured its system in 2015. The employees who worked in regional office, were being mutated to the office areas, in order to ease transaction and to make the customer more comfortable with the system. The employees are considered as professionals in lending field. This can be seen from their academical records and their experiences in lending field, but they do not feel confident with their own abilities as lending employees while working in Bandung-Braga area which issues the burnout syndrome. Though, the company has done gathering and outings together, the performance of the employees have not showed any enhancement. The goal of this research is to obtain empirical data regarding the connection between self efficacy in overcoming work pressures with burnout syndorme in lending employees of X Bank Bandung-Braga office area. This is a correlational research, with population technic in 31 lending employees X Bank of Bandung Braga Area. The data which is obtained is ordinal data, so Rank Spearman coeficient correlation is being used. The result is rs = -0,661 which shows medium correlation. The negative mark shows that there is negative correlation between self-efficacy in overcoming work pressures and burnout syndrome. 

 

Abstrak. Bank X Wilayah Jawa Barat pada tahun 2015 melakukan restrukturasi, sehingga pegawai lending yang awalnya berada di kantor wilayah, dipindahkan ke kantor Area, demi memudahkan transaksi dan menambah kenyamanan nasabah. Para pegawai lending Bank X Area Bandung-Braga menganggap diri mereka adalah para profesional dibidang lending hal ini dapat dilihat dari jenjang akademik maupun pengalaman sebagai pegawai lending, namun mereka merasa tidak yakin dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki sebagai pegawai lending saat berkerja di kantor Area Bandung-Braga, dan memunculkan syndrome burnout. Tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh data empiris mengenai derajat keeratan hubungan antara self efficacy dalam kemampuan mengatasi hambatan kerja dengan Syndrome Burnout pada pegawai lending Bank X Area Bandung-Braga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi, menggunakan teknik populasi, dan subjek penelitian adalah 31 orang  pegawai lending Bank X Area Bandung-Braga. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan perhitungan statistik Uji Koefisien Korelasi Rank Spearman (rs). Kemudian diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan rs = -0,661 dilihat dari norma taraf keeratan korelasi menunjukkan taraf yang sedang.
