Pengaruh Workplace Spirituality Terhadap Work Stress Pada Perawat Penanganan Covid Rumah Sakit X Kota Tasikmalaya

Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of workplace spirituality on work stress in health workers in the context of a pandemic that can trigger work stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative and causal approach with multiple regression techniques. The subjects in this study were 93 COVID-19 nurses at the City X Hospital. The psychological scale used in this study was a workplace spirituality measuring tool from Asmos Duchon adapted by Clara Moningka (2018) and a work stress measuring tool from Spector & Jex (1998). ) adapted by Siescha Alfiant. The results showed that 95.70% of COVID-19 nurses had high workplace spirituality and 89.25% of COVID-19 nurses had low work stress. The results of multiple regression showed that workplace spirituality had a significant effect on work stress of 79.9% (R= .894, R2 = 0.799). All dimensions of workplace spirituality have a significant influence on work stress, especially the Inner Life dimension (X1) with the largest influence of -.385 or 33.0% and the dimension of sense of community (X3) with the smallest effect of -198 or by 15.9%.

Abstrak. workplace spirituality terhadap work stress pada tenaga kesehatan dalam konteks pandemik yang dapat memicu stress kerja selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kausalitas dengan teknik multiple regression. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 orang perawat penangan covid di Rumah Sakit Kota X. Skala psikologis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur workplace spirituality dari Asmos Duchon  yang diadaptasi oleh Clara Moningka (2018) dan alat ukur work stress dari Spector & Jex (1998) yang diadaptasi oleh Siescha Alfiant. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 95,70% perawat penangan covid memiliki workplace spirituality tinggi dan 89,25% perawat penangan covid memiliki work stress rendah. Hasil multiple regression menunjukkan bahwa workplace spirituality memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap work stress sebesar 79,9% (R= .894 , R2 =0.799). Seluruh dimensi workplace spirituality  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap work stress, terutama dimensi Inner Life (X1) dengan pengaruh paling besar sebanyak -.385 atau sebesar 33,0% dan dimensi sense of community (X3) dengan pengaruh paling kecil sebanyak -.198 atau sebesar 15,9%.
