Abstract

Abstract. A satisfying marriage can foster a child's mental health well. Especially in couples who carry out homeschooling, a harmonious family environment can increase the likelihood of realizing the hopes of homeschooling, namely that children can develop according to their potential. One of the ways that can maintain and increase marital satisfaction is mindfulness. By being mindful, the couple will increase their ability to empathy, love, and be aware of the emotions their partner feels, which can help increase marital satisfaction. The study was conducted on a community sample with a sample of n = 76 couples with an age range of 29-60 years. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.510 **. This shows a significant positive relationship. Future research is expected to conduct research on a wider sample.
