Abstract

Smart Healthcare’s one of the pillars of the smart city program in Bandung which’s engaged in the health sector by incorporating health-based ICT. According to Yair Amaichai & Hamburger (2009), perception is one component of technological correlation. The pre-survey results show that on average, the community has a trust issue in the health app. The purpose of this research to explore the relationship between the use of smart healthcare app perception with dimensions of TAM in head-down generation. The method used is a quantitative of correlation involving 314 generation z aged 18-24 years in Bandung who used s-health app selected through purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is made by (Silalahi, Hartono, Tumpak) in a research profile and preferences users of doctors consultation application in Indonesia and TAM measuring instrument developed by Davis & Chuang et al. Based on data processing using the Spearman Rank correlation test, it was obtained r = 0.512 with p = 0.000, that indicates a fairly close positive relationship between both variable.
