Based on the results of the research data analysis, it shows that there is a strong relationship between extraversion and work family conflict in Unisba employees with a correlation coefficient (r = -0.685). There is a strong relationship between agreableness and work family conflict in Unisba employees with a correlation coefficient value (r = -0.685). There is a strong relationship between the conscientiousness factor and work family conflict among Unisba employees with a correlation coefficient value (r = -0.687).
