Evaluasi Biaya Operasi (Operating Cost) Alat Gali – Muat & Angkut pada Penambangan Batu Andesit di PT. Lola Lauttimur Kampung Joglo Desa Cipinang Kecamatan Rumpin Kabupaten Bogor Provinsi Jawa barat

Abstract

This final report entitled" Evaluation on Operating Cost of Drilling-Loading Equipment & Transports in Andesite Mining at PT. Lola Lauttimur which has area of licensed mining production (LMP) in Cipinang Village, District of Rumpin, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. LMP territory of PT. Lola Lauttimur is ± 200 Ha. This research aims to determine the operating cost per hour for nickel mining activities, the cost of ownership (owning cost), an observation on the field to find out the working time, and factors which affecting the operating cost. The statement problem is limited to factors of the amount of fuel usage, oil, filter, and grease for activities of tools maintenance. Operational costs of drilling-loading equipment and transport influenced by several factors which are the discipline of operator in running the tool that should be monitored in order to avoid the high cost of production. Working conditions and road hauling affect the operational time of mining process. If the engine performs less, the fuel cost will be high. Production of drilling-loading equipment consume the actual productive time of 149, 630 tons / hour and and raise into 660.441 tons / hour after taking ideal time for productive employment. Production of tool transport take the actual productive time of = 29.926 tons/ hour and become 36.722 tons / hour after applying the ideal productive time. The actual total operating costs amounted to Rp 4,148,729.00 / hour.

 

Laporan Tugas Akhir ini berjudul “Evaluasi Biaya Operasi (Operating Cost) Alat Gali Muat dan Alat Angkutâ€Â Pada Penambangan batu andesitdi PT Lola Lauttimur memiliki wilayah ijin Usaha Pertambangan Produksi di Desa Cipinang, Kecamatan Rumpin Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat Wilayah IUP PT Lola Lauttimur memiliki luas wilayah ±200 Ha. Tujuannya dilakukan Tugas Akhir ini adalahmengetahui biaya operasi (operating cost) per jam untuk kegiatan penambangan nikel, mengetahui biaya kepemilikan (owning cost), Tinjauan umum di lapangan untuk mengetahui waktu kerja, faktor yang mempengaruhi operating cost Batasan masalah dibatasi pada faktor jumlah pemakaian bahan bakar, oil, filter, dan grease, untuk kegiatan minetenance alat. Biaya Operasi alat gali muat dan alat angkut dipengaruhi beberapa factor : Kedisiplinan operator dalam menjalankan alat perlu diperhatikan agar produksi dan biaya tidak membengkak Kondisi kerja dan jalan hauling berpengaruh terhadap waktu operasi penambangan. Apabila kinerja mesin tidak maksimal, maka bahan bakar yang dikeluarkan akan besar Produksi alat gali muat memakai waktu produktif yang sebenarnya adalah sebesar = 149, 630 ton/jam setelah memakai waktu kerja produktif yang ideal produksi nya naik menjadi = 660,441 ton/jam.Produksi alat angkut memakai waktu produktif sebenarnya adalah = 29,926  , setelah memakai waktu produktif yang ideal produksinya menjadi naik =  36,722 ton/jam. Biaya operasi total yang sebenarnyaadalah sebesar  Rp4,148,729.00/jam.
