Evalusi Kinerja Crushing Plant Batuan Andesit Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Produksi di PT. Ansar Terang Crushindo Kecamatan Pangkalan Kota Baru, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat

Abstract


Crushing plant is one of the processing unit that consist of many tools which continue cycle and it aims to reduce small materials, that process is the beginning step and most important things of comminution process. Peformence Analysis of Crushing Plant  with heavy equipment productivity which some actual fact are aims to know between work peformence of heavy equipment with production target. Productivity of crushing plant can be worse when some troble in crushing plant are happen at a time, the biggest impact of that trouble is The production does not according with target planned. For example, company set target production at 200 ton/hour but the actual fact just 174,346 ton/hour. The result calculation at Primary Crusher shift 1: Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,61%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 98,91%, Use of Avability (UA) = 77,95%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 77,11%. Primary crusher shift 2 Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,43%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 98,63%, Use of Avability (UA) = 86,93%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 85,74%. and Production rate index (PRI) = 88,91%. The result calculation at Secondary I Crusher shift1: Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,65%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 98,8%, Use of Avability (UA) = 98,55%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 96,27%. Secondary I shift 2 Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,91%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 99,03%, Use of Avability (UA) = 88,24%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 87,39% and Production rate index (PRI) = 61,56%. The result Calculation at secondary II Crusher shift 1:  Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,53%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 98,71%, Use of Avability (UA) = 87,8%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 86,67%, secondary II shift 2 Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,68%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 98,62%, Use of Avability (UA) = 85,91%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 85,72% and Production rate index (PRI) = 76,11%.

 

Pabrik peremuk (Crushing Plant) adalah suatu unit pengolahan yang terdiri dari berbagai macam alat dimana terdapat beberapa rangkaian kegiatan yang bersifat kontinu dan bertujuan untuk mereduksi ukuran material, proses penghancuran tersebut merupakan tahapan awal dan paling penting dalam proses kominusi. Analisis kinerja crushing plant  terhadap produktivitas alat berdasarkan paramater–paramater yang didapat di lapangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian kinerja alat terhadap target yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan untuk nantinya akan dilakukan perbaikan-perbaikan sehingga target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan bisa dicapai. Beberapa masalah yang terjadi di crushing plant saat proses produksi berlangsung berdampak langsung terhadap produktifivas crushing plant tersebut, dampak yang sangat fatal yaitu target produksi yang tidak tercapai dimana produksi crushing plant saat ini sebesar 2.789,54 ton/hari sedangkan target produksi yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan adalah 3.000 ton/hari. Pada tahap primary crushing diperoleh hasil Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,52%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 98,79%, Use of Avability (UA) = 81,65%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 80,67%, dan Production rate index (PRI) = 88,91%. Pada tahap secondary I crushing dihasilkan Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,42%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 91,72%, Use of Avability (UA) = 79,68%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 78,68%, dan Production rate index (PRI) = 61,56%. Selanjutnya pada tahap secondary II crushing  diperoleh hasil Mechanical Avability (MA) = 98,54%, Phyisical Avability (PA) = 98,73%, Use of Avability (UA) = 86,90%, Effective of Utilization (EU) = 85,81%, dan Production rate index (PRI) = 53,88%.
