Analisis Kinerja Alat Crushing Plant dan Hubungannya dengan Produksi

Panghegar PT Mitra Abadi is a mining company that produces andesite quarry split (2-2.5), split (1-2) and the gray stone of quality according to the specifications and needs of consumers, which refers to the requirements of the customer or product standards based on the analysis of QC (Quality Control, which is located in Kampung Cikuya, Village Lagadar, District Margaasih, Bandung regency, West Java province. Andesite is one of the minerals are widely used in construction purposes of the building, such as the making of roads, bridges, drains, foundations and other -Other. in the course of the processing is done using a tool such as crushing plant: jaw crusher Brown Lenox Kue - Ken as the primary crushing and cone crusher Brown Lenox Kue - Ken as secondary crushing, and the last done uniformity of size, on the uniformity of products is divided into 3 parts ie 2-2.5 cm split, split 1-2 cm and 0.5 cm of stone dust, and to size> 2.5 cm back to cone crusher for dikominusi up to a size of 2-2.5 cm split, split 1 -2 cm and 0.5 cm of stone dust. The great obstacles that are influenced by the human factor of 0.89 hours / day, while influenced by the tools of 1.29 hours / day. The efficiency of the tool crushing plant at the time of the study amounted to 72.11%. In the initial condition size setting tool used jaw crusher jaw crusher tool has openings size (700 mm x 900 mm) and discharge setting used is 150 mm with a total production of 79.659 tons / hour. While the tool cone crusher has a size of openings used 1600 and discharge setting used is 30 mm with a total production of 78.818 tons / hour. Based on theoretical calculations by setting the discharge that has changed is 160 mm with total production of the calculation results is 111.769 tons / hour. Cone crusher production calculations that have changed the size of the discharge setting is 40 mm - 50 mm obtained total production amounted to 74.513 tons / hour and 93.142 tons / hour. By because it can be recommended size setting on the appliance and 160 mm jaw crusher discharge size setting on the tool cone crusher 50 mm so that the resulting production will be greater than ever before and can meet the needs of consumers.Values tool productivity crushing plant is done with the first stage using a jaw crusher as a primary crushing amounted to 83.760 tons / hour, cone cruher as the primary crushing of 79.261 tons / hour, and the last done uniformity of size by using a vibrating screen amounted to 75.365 tons / hour.

 

Abstrak. PT Panghegar Mitra Abadi merupakan perusahaan tambang quarry yang memproduksi batuan andesit split (2-2,5), split (1-2) dan abu batu yang bermutu sesuai spesifikasi dan kebutuhan konsumen, yang mengacu pada persyaratan pelanggan dan atau standar produk berdasarkan analisis QC (Quality Control,  yang terletak di Kampung Cikuya, Desa Lagadar, Kecamatan Margaasih, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Andesit merupakan salah satu bahan galian yang banyak digunakan dalam keperluan konstruksi bangunan, seperti pembuatan infrastruktur jalan, jembatan, saluran air, pondasi dan lain-lain. Dalam kegiatan pengolahan dilakukan menggunakan alat crushing plant yang berupa : jaw crusher Brown Lenox Kue – Ken sebagai primary crushing dan cone crusher  Brown Lenox Kue – Ken sebagai secondary crushing, dan terakhir dilakukan penyeragaman ukuran, pada bagian penyeragaman produk terbagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu split 2-2,5 cm, split 1-2 cm dan abu batu 0,5 cm, dan untuk ukuran yang + 2,5 cm kembali ke cone crusher untuk dikominusi sampai dengan ukuran split 2-2,5 cm, split 1-2 cm dan abu batu 0,5 cm. Besar hambatan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor manusia sebesar 0,89 jam/hari sedangkan dipengaruhi oleh faktor alat sebesar 1,29 jam/hari. Efisiensi kerja alat crushing plant pada saat penelitian sebesar 72,11 %. Pada kondisi awal ukuran settingan alat jaw crusher yang digunakan pada lubang bukaan ukuran (700 mm x 900 mm) dan settingan discharge yang digunakan adalah 150 mm dengan jumlah produksi 79,659 ton/jam. Sedangkan pada alat cone crusher memiliki ukuran lubang bukaan yang digunakan 1600 dan settingan discharge yang digunakan adalah 30 mm dengan jumlah produksi sebesar 79,261 ton/jam. Berdasarkan perhitungan secara teoritis dengan settingan discharge yang sudah diubah yaitu 160 mm dengan jumlah produksi hasil perhitungan adalah 111,769 ton/jam. Perhitungan produksi cone crusher yang telah diubah ukuran settingan discharge yaitu 50 mm didapatkan jumlah produksi sebesar 93,142 ton/jam. Oleh karna itu dapat disarankan ukuran settingan discharge alat pada jaw crusher 160 mm dan ukuran settingan discharge pada alat cone crusher 50 mm agar produksi yang dihasilkan akan lebih besar dari sebelumnya dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Nilai produktivitas alat crushing plant yang dilakukan dengan tahapan pertama menggunakan alat jaw crusher sebagai primary crushing sebesar 79,659 ton/jam, cone crusher sebagai primary crushing sebesar 79,261 ton/jam, dan terakhir dilakukan penyeragaman ukuran dengan menggunakan alat vibrating screen sebesar 78,818 ton/jam.
