Pengaruh Diameter Wire Screen terhadap Produksi dan Efisiensi Vibrating Screen di Unit Crushing Plant Batu Andesit PT Nurmuda Cahaya Desa Batujajar Timur, Kecamatan Batujajar, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract


Abstract. PT Nurmuda Cahaya is a mining company that uses an open type mining system. Mining andesite stone is transported to the crushing plant to be reduced and uniformed in size using a SHANBAO type vibrating screen (2YK1545) with a screen wire diameter of 8 mm. Based on company data, the production produced is 1224.05 tons / day while the production target set by the company is 1300 tons / day. Thus at this time not yet reached the production target. The purpose of this study was to study the productivity, production and efficiency of vibrating screens using 3 sizes of screen wire diameters, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm. The main screen is the factors that contribute to the performance of the vibrating screen are the size of the wire screen diameter, the speed and vibration of the vibrating screen. Wide screen different wire screens, different speed and screen speeds and vibrating screen measurements with widescreen. Therefore, production screens, production screens and vibrating screens are efficient. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the average production using an 8 mm diameter wire screen is 1224.05 tons/day and an average efficiency screen of 47% with a vibrating vibration screen of 11 mm/sec. The average production using a 10 mm diameter wire screen is 1398.88 tons/ day and the vibrating screen has an average efficiency of 55% with a vibrating screen 11 mm/sec. The average production using a 12 mm diameter wire screen is 1497.00 tons/day and the average screen vibrates efficiency is 51% with a vibrating screen 11 mm/sec

Abstrak. PT Nurmuda Cahaya merupakan perusahaan pertambangan yang menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka dengan tipe quarry. Material batu andesit hasil penambangan diangkut ke unit crushing plant untuk dilakukan proses pengecilan dan penyeragaman ukuran menggunakan vibrating screen tipe SHANBAO (2YK1545) dengan ukuran diameter wire screen 8 mm. Berdasarkan data perusahaan, dihasilkan produksi sebesar 1224,05 ton/hari sedangkan target produksi yang ditentukan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 1300 ton/hari. Dengan demikian pada saat ini belum tercapai target produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui produktivitas, produksi dan efisiensi vibrating screen menggunakan 3 ukuran diameter wire screen yaitu 8 mm, 10 mm dan 12 mm. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja vibrating screen adalah  ukuran diameter wire screen, kecepatan dan getaran vibrating screen. Dalam kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa percobaan dengan kondisi ukuran diameter wire screen yang berbeda, kecepatan dan getaran screen yang berbeda dan mengukur kapasitas vibrating screen dengan metode belt cut. Maka dari percobaan tersebut dapat diketahui produktivitas screen, produksi screen dan efisiensi vibrating screen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata produksi menggunakan diameter wire screen 8 mm adalah sebesar 1224,05 ton/hari dan rata-rata efisiensi screen 47% dengan getaran vibrating screen 11 mm/detik. Rata-rata produksi menggunakan diameter wire screen 10 mm adalah sebesar 1398,88 ton/hari dan rata-rata efisiensi vibrating screen 55% dengan getaran vibrating screen 11 mm/detik. Rata-rata produksi menggunakan diameter wire screen 12 mm adalah sebesar 1497,00 ton/hari dan rata-rata efisiensi vibrating screen sebesar 51% dengan getaran vibrating screen 11 mm/detik.
