Optimasi Perancangan Tahapan Penambangan dan Penjadwalan Produksi Lapisan Tanah Penutup pada Penambangan Batubara di PT Kalimantan Prima Persada Kabupaten Tapin, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan

Abstract


Abstract. In cooperation with PT Bhumi Rantau Energi (BRE), in the second quarter (April, May, and June) in 2018, PT Kalimantan Prima Persada is targeted to be able to produce 1,190,000 tons of coal and 3,650,000 BCM overburden with a stripping Ratio (SR) 3 BCM/Tons. With a high level of production, proper planning is needed including design of mine progress (Pushback), determination of tools, and optimal production scheduling so that targets can be met. Also, the avalanche on the south side of the Mahoni Pit has made changes to the design of the mining stages and production schedule in 2018.This study will analyze short-term planning for 3 months in the second quarter (April, May, and June) in 2018. This short-term plan is in the form of designing pit (Pushback) stages each month and determining matching Fleet loader and hauler for stripping overburden from designs that have been made. To optimize the design of mining stages and production scheduling, some data is needed including topographic maps, geological models, design of the final mine design (pit limit), geotechnical data, production targets, and equipment production capabilities. The data is then used as a reference in the design of the stages of mining (Pushback) and production schedule for the 2nd quarter (April, May, and June) in 2018.The pit design for Pushback design is made for April, May, and June 2018. From the design, the total production in April is 1,217,809.93 BCM overburden and 393,767.59 tons of coal with SR 3 BCM/Tons. In May obtained total production is 1,238,146.69 BCM overburden and 410,433.08 tons of coal with SR 3 BCM/Tons. In June the total production is 1,210,598.30 BCM overburden and 392,941.09 tons of coal with SR 3 BCM/Tons. Overall, the total production plan for the second quarter of 2018 is 3,666,554.92 BCM overburden and 1,197,141.76 tons of coal with SR 3 BCM/Tons. Fleet planned for April are 2 PC 1250 Fleets in North Agathis Pit, 1 Fleet Htc 1200 and 1 Fleet PC 750 in South Agathis Pit and 1 PC 1250 Fleet and 1 PC 750 Fleet Mahoni Pit. Fleet planned for May are 2 PC 1250 Fleets and 1 Pc Fleet 750 in North Agathis Pit, 1 Fleet Htc 1200 in South Agathis Pit, and 1 PC 1250 Fleet and 1 PC 750 Fleet Mahoni Pit. while for June the planned Fleet are 2 PC 1250 Fleets and 2 PC 750 Fleets in North Agathis Pit, 1 Fleet Htc 1200 in South Agathis, 1 PC 1250 Fleet in Mahoni Pit. Matching Fleet obtained from the calculation results for April, May and June 2018 has Match Factor values between 0.9 and 1.2.

Abstrak. Dalam Kerjasamanya dengan PT Bhumi Rantau Energi (BRE), pada kuartal ke-2 (April, Mei, dan Juni) tahun 2018, PT Kalimantan Prima Persada ditargetkan untuk dapat memproduksi 1.190.000 ton batubara dan 3.650.000 BCM overburden dengan Stripping Ratio (SR) sebesar 3 BCM/Ton . Dengan tingkat produksi yang cukup tinggi maka perlu dilakukan perencanaan yang tepat meliputi desain kemajuan tambang (Pushback), penentuan alat, dan penjadwalan produksi secara optimal sehingga target dapat terpenuhi. Selain itu, adanya longsoran di sisi selatan Pit Mahoni membuat adanya perubahan pada rancangan tahapan penambangan dan penjadwalan produksi pada tahun 2018.Penelitian ini akan menganalisis perencanaan jangka pendek untuk 3 bulan pada kuartal ke-2 (April, Mei, dan Juni) tahun 2018. Perencanaan jangka pendek ini berupa perancangan tahapan penambangan (Pushback) pit tiap bulan serta menentukan Matching Fleet alat gali-muat dan alat angkut untuk pengupasan overburden dari desain yang telah dibuat. Dalam upaya mengoptimalisasi perancangan tahapan penambangan dan penjadwalan produksi, diperlukan beberapa data yang digunakan antara lain peta topografi, model geologi, desain rancangan akhir penambangan (pit limit), data geoteknik, target produksi, dan kemampuan produksi alat. Data-data tersebut kemudian dijadikan acuan dalam pembuatan rancangan Pushback dan penjadwalan produksi untuk kuartal ke-2 (April, Mei, dan Juni) tahun 2018.Rancangan pit untuk desain Pushback dibuat untuk bulan April, Mei, dan Juni tahun 2018. Dari hasil rancangan, total produksi bulan April didapat sebesar  1.217.809,93 BCM overburden dan  393.767,59 ton batubara dengan SR 3 BCM/Ton. Pada bulan Mei didapat total produksi sebesar 1.238.146,69 BCM overburden dan 410.433,08 ton batubara dengan SR 3 BCM/Ton. Pada bulan Juni didapat total produksi sebesar 1.210.598,30 BCM overburden dan  392.941,09 ton batubara dengan SR 3 BCM/Ton. Secara keseluruhan, total rencana produksi kuartal ke-2 tahun 2018 adalah 3.666.554,92 BCM overburden dan  1.197.141,76 ton batubara dengan SR 3 BCM/Ton. Fleet yang direncanakan untuk bulan April adalah 2 Fleet PC 1250 di Pit Agathis Utara, 1 Fleet Htc 1200 dan 1 Fleet PC 750 di Pit Agathis Selatan dan 1 Fleet PC 1250 dan 1 Fleet PC 750 Pit Mahoni. Fleet yang direncanakan untuk bulan Mei adalah 2 Fleet PC 1250 dan 1 Fleet Pc 750 di Pit Agathis Utara, 1 Fleet Htc 1200 di Pit Agathis Selatan, dan 1 Fleet PC 1250 dan 1 Fleet PC 750 Pit Mahoni. sedangkan untuk bulan Juni Fleet yang direncanakan adalah 2 Fleet PC 1250 dan 2 Fleet PC 750 di Pit Agathis Utara, 1 Fleet Htc 1200 di Agathis Selatan, 1 Fleet PC 1250 di Pit Mahoni. Matching Fleet yang didapat dari hasil perhitungan untuk bulan April, Mei, dan Juni tahun 2018 memiliki nilai Match Factor antara 0,9 sampai dengan 1,2.
