The role of Corporate Communications in Building Internal Communications Employees PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk

Abstract


Corporate Comunication is the activity of managing all internal and external communications. Corporate Communication PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk is a department that manages all forms of communication activities associated with PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk mainly internal communications. Communication within a company's organization generally has two contexts in communicating that occur within the company that is internal communication and external communication. Corporate internal communication is the process of delivering messages between members of the organization that occur for the benefit of the organization, such as communication between the leadership with staff, between fellow leaders, and among fellow staff. The purpose of this research is to know the department of Corporate Communication PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk become the center of message delivery, to know the function of Corporate Communication PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk in carrying out its role as a message delivery center, to know Corporate Communication PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk in carrying out formal communication, to know how Staff of Corporate Communication Department PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk in overcoming obstacles, as well as to know the way the Staff of Corporate Communication Department PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk in overcoming the pressure. The authors chose qualitative methods because this type of research is more emphasized to explore the meaning of a social phenomenon. So this research can provide in-depth results and data is open. This research method is case study because the focus of his research lies in phenomenon in real life context. Furthermore, this research uses the type of qualitative research because Corporate Communication has not been widely used by the company because most companies use the name Public Relation. From the results of research conducted, the authors obtained the result that Corporate Communication PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk more emphasis on internal communications before building external communications company for the resulting image better. But sometimes, in internal communication is still not running well because the employees are still difficult to access CMSite to obtain employment information. So until now, Corporate Communication PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk is still trying to build internal communications of its employees.
