Therapeutic Community di Pusat Rehabilitasi Narkoba Sekar Mawar

Abstract

A paper titled “Therapeutic Community Dipusat Rehabilitasi Narkoba Sekar Mawar†arranged to know how Yayasan Sekar Mawar as a centre of drugs rehabilitation adjust the method of rehabilitation therapeutic community to rehabilitate the resident. Considering the number of another rehabilitation method, application the method of therapeutic community is the most widely use. Using the theory of AIS by George Caspar Homans, the research is expalaining how to communicate with group in the course of therapeutic community at the center of drugs rehabititation sekar mawar. Researcher used qualitative research method with descriptive approach. Researcher collected, processed and analyzed systematically about activity, interaction and sentiment theory in therapeutic community. So it can be concluded with issues that be inspected by doing interview, observation and study of literature. The interview did with the drugs rehabilitate resident sekar mawar. From the result of the research that has been done. The researcher get the result that activity from therapeutic community are be planned for shaping the behavior that suitable with the norms of society. Interaction from therapeutic community is the interaction that have a contructive characteristic and create the atmosphere of positive communication. Sentiment theory in the therapeutic community is growing the feeling sense of belonging inside the residence because similarity background and together desire to recovery from the world of addiction.

 

Karya tulis yang berjudul “Therapeutic Community Dipusat Rehabilitasi Narkoba Sekar Mawar†ini disusun untuk mengetahui bagaimana Yayasan Sekar Mawar sebagai pusat rehabilitasi narkoba menerapkan metode rehabilitasi therapeutic community untuk merehabilitasi residennya. Mengingat banyaknya metode rehabilitasi lain penggunaan metode therapeutic community paling banyak digunakan. Membentuk komunitas terapi yang baik mempermudah pemulihan penyalah guna NAPZA. Dengan menggunakan teori AIS dari George Caspar Homans, penelitian ini akan menjelaskan bagaimana komunikasi kelompok dalam therapeutic community dipusat rehabilitasi narkoba sekar mawar. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Peneliti mengumpulkan, mengolah dan menganalisis secara sistematis mengenai activity, interaction dan sentiment theory dalam therapeutic community, sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti dengan cara melakukan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan resident rehabilitasi narkoba sekar mawar. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti memperoleh hasil bahwa activity dalam therapeutic community dirancang untuk membentuk perilaku yang sesuai dengan norma-norma marsyarakat. Interaction dalam therapeutic community interaksi yang bersifat konstruktif dan menciptakan atmosfir komunikasi yang positif. Sentiment theory dalam therapeutic community tumbuhnya perasaan sense of belonging dalam diri residen karena kesamaan latar belakang dan keinginan sama-sama untuk sembuh dari dunia adiksi.
