Analisis Perencanaan Agregat untuk Meminimumkan Biaya Produksi pada CV. Michi Bag Bandung

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine ways or alternatives to help minimize costs in the production process by providing more effective forecasting methods and aggregate production planning strategies that should be applied by CV. Michi Bag. CV. Michi Bag is a company engaged in the manufacture of bags, with the strategy used is to use employees overtime and inventory in minimizing production costs. Strategy used in this research there are 3 strategy that is Chase strategy (Hire and Lay-off) with total cost Rp. 2.020,750,000.00, Workforce level & Inventory (inventory level) with total cost Rp. 7,528,575,000.00, and Workforce level & overtime (total overtime) for a total cost of Rp.6,965,110,000.00, using the Least Square forecasting method. From this research can be concluded that aggregate planning is more minimum or efficient that is by using with Chase strategy total cost equal to Rp. 2,020,750,000.00

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan cara atau alternatif untuk membantu meminimumkan biaya dalam proses produksi dengan menyediakan metode peramalan dan strategi perencanaan produksi agregat yang lebih efektif yang sebaiknya diterapkan oleh CV. Michi Bag. CV. Michi Bag adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan tas, dengan strategi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan karyawan lembur dan persediaan dalam meminimumkan biaya produksi. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 3 strategi yaitu Chase strategy (Hire dan Lay-off) dengan total biaya Rp. 2,020,750,000.00, Workforce level& Inventory (tingkat persediaan) dengan total biaya Rp. 7,528,575,000.00, dan Workforce level& overtime (pengendalian waktu lembur) dengan total biaya Rp.6,965,110,000.00, dengan menggunakan metode peramalan Least Square. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan agregat yang lebih minimum atau efisien yaitu dengan menggunakan dengan Chase strategy total biaya sebesar Rp. 2,020,750,000.00
