Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention di PT. Lestari Mahaputra Buana pada Divisi Pensil

Abstract


Turnover intention is a willingness devolving that shows willingness individual to leave The organization and look for another job. It consists of some components which similultaneous appears in an individual's thinking to resign, willingness to look for another job vacancy, to evaluate possibility to look for suitable job in another place and willingness to leave The organization. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of job environment towards turnover intention, how the compensation towards turnover intention and how the job environment and compensation towards turnover intention in PT Lestari Mahaputra Buana. I used descriptive and verificative as research methods with 245 employees as respondent. The data collecting used questioner,observation, and interview. Hipotesis testing used multiple regression analysis. The result of this research which used multiple regression analysis shows that regression coefficient between job environment (x1) towards turnover intention is -0,235. regression coefficient between compensation (x2) towards turnover intention (y) is 0,244. simultaneously effect using f testing between the work environment and compensation for turnover intention is 40,301.
