Analisis Pemilihan Pemasok Komoditas Lemon Juice Dengan Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Untuk Meminimumkan Produk Rusak (Studi Kasus di PT Bimandiri Agro Sedaya)

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to use AHP to analyze supplier selection. Microsoft Excel supports this research. Based on the results of AHP calculations, the level of importance of the criteria is the quality (K) and price (H) criteria because it has the highest Eigen Vector weight or value, with a score of 0.319. While the lowest weight value or Eigen Vector is flexible criteria, with a score of 0.069. Based on the analysis results, in general supplier 3 is the best supplier with a weight of 0.246, the second priority is supplier 1 with a weight of 0.242, the third priority is supplier 4 with a weight of 0.217, the fourth priority is supplier 5 with a weight of 0.132, the fifth priority is supplier 6 with a weight of 0.108 and the last priority or sixth is supplier 2 with a weight of 0.055.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggunakan AHP untuk menganalisis pemilihan pemasok. Microsoft Excel mendukung penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan AHP, tingkat kepentingan kriteria adalah kriteria kualitas (K) dan harga (H) karena memiliki bobot atau nilai Eigen Vector tertinggi, dengan skor 0,319. Sedangkan nilai bobot atau Eigen Vector terendah adalah kriteria fleksibel, dengan skor 0,069. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, secara umum pemasok 3 merupakan pemasok terbaik dengan bobot 0,246 prioritas kedua adalah pemasok 1 dengan bobot 0,242 prioritas ketiga adalah pemasok 4 dengan bobot 0,217 prioritas keempat adalah pemasok 5 dengan bobot 0,132 prioritas kelima adalah pemasok 6 dengan bobot 0,108 dan prioritas terakhir atau keenam adalah pemasok 2 dengan bobot 0,055.
