Pengaruh Customer Experience terhadap Customer Loyalty pada Warunk Upnormal Cabang Buah Batu Bandung

Abstract


Abstract. Customer experience is all the experience acquired by consumers when buying or using a product or service. This study aims to determine the effect on customer loyalty customer experience consumers Warunk Upnormal Buah Batu Bandung. This research is quantitative research. The research method used by writer is descriptive analysis and verification methods to test the hypothesis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 95 consumers who visit and make purchases at Warunk Upnormal Jl.Buah Batu No.201A Bandung. The results of this study indicate that the customer experience on the effect on customer loyalty Upnormal Warunk Buah Batu Bandung.

Abstrak. Customer experience merupakan semua pengalaman yang didapatkan oleh konsumen ketika membeli atau menggunakan produk atau jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience terhadap customer loyalty konsumen Warunk Upnormal Buah Batu Bandung. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif untuk menguji hipotesis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 95 konsumen yang mengunjungi dan melakukan pembelian di Warunk Upnormal Jl.Buah Batu No.201A Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa customer experience berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty pada Warunk Upnormal Buah Batu Bandung.
