Pengaruh Implementasi Knowledge Management dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract


Abstract. The purpose of this research are 1) To determine the level of Knowledge Management is towards Employee Performance of PT. Indonesian Railway Bandung. 2) To determine the level of Organizational Behaviour is towards Employee Performance of PT. Indonesian Railway Bandung. 3) Analyzing how Knowledge Management and Organizational Behaviour is towards Employee Performance of PT. Indonesian Railway Bandung. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification and operates calculation using the SPSS 16.0 program. Respondents in this study were employees of the PT. Indonesian Railway Bandung City, which numbered 95 people. The variables studied in this study were Knowledge Management (X1), Organizatinal Behaviour (X2), and Employee Performance (Y). Data collection is done with library research and field research. The results of this research concluding that: 1) Knowledge Management  partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. 2) Organizational Behaviour partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. 3) It can be concluded that there is an influence between Knowledge Management and Organizational Behaviour on Employee Performance of PT. Indonesian Railway Bandung.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat Knowledge Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 2 Bandung. 2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 2 Bandung. 3) Menganalisis bagaimana Knowledge Management dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 2 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 16.0. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 2 Bandung, yang berjumlah 95 orang. Variabel yang dikaji pada penelitian ini yaitu Knowledge Management (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Knowledge Management  secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 2) Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 3) Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Knowledge Management dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 2 Kota Bandung.
