Analisis Kinerja Manajemen Rantai Pasok dengan Menggunakan Metode Balanced Scorecard pada Transmart Carrefour Bandung

Abstract


Abstract. The supply chain is a very important stage in a manufacturing company. The object of this research is to find out whether the performance of the supply chain management of a company has been carried out well viewed from the four perspectives of balanced scorecard. Company performance is a measure used to measure the success of the company in achieving its stated goals, by using the concept of the Balanced Scorecard which is a managerial tool designed to help companies, so that it is balanced between the results of the last effort and the steps that drive company performance. This research is descriptive research. Data collection methods used in this study are documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques using data analysis activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of Transmart Carrefour Bandung when measured from the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard, especially using the perspective of the Internal Business Process. The measurement results with the Balanced Scorecard concept on aspects of internal business processes are considered good. Based on the results of the study it was found that the measurement results with the Balanced Scorecad concept of the Transmart Carrefour Bandung performance were overall considered good.

Abstrak. Rantai pasokan merupakan tahap yang sangat penting dalam sebuah perusahaan manufaktur. Objek tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja manajemen rantai pasok suatu perusahaan sudah terlaksana dengan baik dilihat dari keempat perspektif balanced scorecard. Kinerja perusahaan merupakan suatu ukuran yang dipakai untuk mengukur keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, dengan memakai konsep Balanced Scorecard yang merupakan alat manajerial yang dirancang untuk membantu perusahaan-perusahaan, sehingga seimbang antara hasil dari upaya terakhir dan langkah-langkah yang mendorong kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aktivitas analisis data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja Transmart Carrefour Bandung apabila diukur dengan perspektif Balanced Scorecard, khusunya menggunakan perspektif Proses Internal Bisnis. Hasil pengukuran dengan konsep Balanced Scorecard pada aspek proses bisnis internal dinilai baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil pengukuran dengan konsep Balanced Scorecad kinerja Transmart Carrefour Bandung secara keseluruhan dinilai baik.
