Meminimumkan Biaya Produksi Menggunakan Perencanaan Agregat pada CV. Moonsoon Wear Industries

Abstract


Abstract. Production planning used as the first step when the company will do the production process. CV. Moonsoon Wear Industries is a company in convection that produces clothing. The purpose of this study is to able to plan the production process and calculate alternative aggregate planning strategies that can minimize production costs to maximize profits. This aggregate planning strategy uses 4 methods that is Level Aggregate Plan, Chase Aggregate Plan, Hybrid Aggregate Plan, Subcontracting. The results of calculations using the Level Aggregate Plan method with a total cost of Rp 4.070.359.250, the Hybrid Aggregate Plan method with a total cost of Rp. 4.104.924.250 and Subcontracting with a total cost of     Rp. 4.478.565.500, while Chase Aggregate Plan has the lowest cost of Rp. 4.059.295.500. The Chase Aggregate Plan method is more efficient with a difference of 8% compared to the current production planning strategy used by the company, which is Rp. 4.415.071.500. This method should be used by companies in order to reduce production costs.

Abstrak. Perencanaan produksi digunakan sebagai langkah awal ketika perusahaan akan melakukan proses produksi. CV. Moonsoon Waer Industries adalah  perusahaan dibidang konveksi yang memproduksi pakaian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat merencanakan proses produksi dan menghitung alternatif strategi perencanaan agregat yang dapat meminimumkan biaya produksi untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan. Strategi perencanaan agregat ini menggunakan 4 metode yaitu Level Aggregate Plan, Chase Aggregate Plan, Hybrid Aggregate Plan, dan Subcontracting. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode Level Aggregate Plan dengan total biaya Rp. 4.070.359.250, metode Hybrid Aggregate Plan dengan total biaya Rp. 4.104.924.250, dan Subcontracting dengan total biaya Rp. 4.478.565.500, sedangkan  Chase Aggregate Plan memiliki biaya paling rendah yaitu sebesar Rp. 4.059.295.500.  Metode Chase Aggregate Plan  lebih efisien dengan selisih 8% dibandingkan dengan strategi perencanaan produksi yang dipakai oleh perusahaan saat ini yaitu sebesar Rp. 4.415.071.500. Metode ini sebaiknya digunakan oleh perusahaan agar dapat mengurangi biaya produksi.
