Analisis Perencanaan Produksi Menggunakan Metode Aggregate Planning untuk Meminimumkan Biaya Produksi ( Studi Kasus : Komoditas Kaos pada Usaha Menengah Cv Hana Cibeunying- Bandung )

Abstract

Abstract.In the implementation of the common firm production in general , the smooth operation of the production process is nothing a condition was expected to in each company .Cv hana is a company active in the field of the production of various kinds of a kind of dress . Change any request on every month different that causes Cv hana must be able to make the planning production to a certain period of time as best as possible in order to maximum profit.General objectives of the study this then if they testify to get the minimum cost of any process affecting the production t shirts intended was done by cv hannah by using the method the level of workforce and inventory , the level of workforce at percent plus and overtime , and chase strategy . The kind of research that is used to of this research is descriptive of quantitative with the methods a case study .The result of a calculation that efficient way than this method that is by using a method of the level of workforce at percent plus and overtime with the total cost of as much as Rp .1,807,910,000 in the amount of 2 % more more efficient compared to with the planning company .

Abstrak. Di dalam pelaksanaan proses produksi perusahaan pada umumnya, kelancaran pelaksanaan proses produksi merupakan suatu hal yang sangat diharapkan di dalam setiap perusahaan. CV HANA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi berbagai macam jenis pakaian. perubahan permintaan pada setiap bulannya berbeda yang menyebabkan CV HANA harus mampu melakukan perencanaan produksi untuk jangka waktu tertentu dengan sebaik mungkin agar dapat laba yang maksimal.tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan biaya minimum dari proses produksi kaos yang dilakukan oleh CV HANA dengan menggunakan metode level workforce and inventory, level workforce plus overtime, dan chase strategy. jenis penelitian yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode studi kasus hasil dari perhitungan yang efisien dari metode ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode level workforce plus overtime dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 1,807,910,000 dengan selisih 2% lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan perencanaan perusahaan.
