Perancangan Fasilitas Kerja pada Stasiun Kerja Pengepressan T-Shirt di CV Royaltrack Bandung

Abstract

Abstact. In a manufacturing industry, the quality of product is a main priority to get the best quality products, therefore properly the right selection of materials and a highly skilled workforce must be done. In the process, a highly skilled workforce must be accompanied by an ergonomic work facilities, so the workers will feel comfortable. This condition will lead the maximized productivity of the workers and the product made will have the best quality.This research was done in CV Royaltrack, a company which is specialized in the fashion industry in Indonesia and Malaysia with the products such as t-shirts, polo shirts, shirts, pants, slippers, bags, shoes and belts. The problem in this company is having a not ergonomic work facility at the work station of pressing, which is proven by the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The questionnaire showing 14,29% of  workers’ limbs who really do not have complaint of pain, while 85,71% of the workers’ limb had complaint of pain to the level of complaints reached  on level two (mildly ill) amounted 25% of the limb, level three (ill)  amounted 53,57% of the limbs and level four (very ill) amounted to 7,14% of the limb.From the result of the risk level of work identification that used Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method there are four out of ten work activities that have a risk on high level by reaching the action on level three, so the work facilities must be improved at the work station of pressing. The result of this research suggest a layout of the new ergonomic work desk facility with emphasis on anthropometry workers aspects so that workers feel safe and comfortable.

 

Abstrak. Dalam sebuah industri manufaktur kualitas produk merupakan prioritas utama, untuk didapatkan produk dengan kualitas terbaik maka harus dilakukan pemilihan material yang tepat dan tenaga kerja yang terampil. Dalam pengerjaannya tenaga kerja yang terampil harus diiringi dengan fasilitas kerja yang ergonomis, dengan fasilitas kerja yang ergonomis maka pekerja akan merasa nyaman dan produktifitas pekerja akan maksimal sehingga produk yang dibuat memiliki kualitas terbaik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Royaltrack perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri fashion di Indonesia dan Malaysia dengan produk yang dihasilkan seperti t-shirt, polo shirt, shirt, pants, slippers, bag, shoes dan belt. Permasalahan dalam perusahaan ini adalah terdapat keluhan rasa sakit yang dialami oleh pekerja bagian pengepressan t-shirt, ini disebabkan karena fasilitas kerja yang tidak ergonomis pada stasiun kerja Pengepressan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map menunjukan 14,29% anggota tubuh pekerja yang benar-benar tidak mengalami keluhan rasa sakit, sedangkan 85,71% anggota tubuh pekerja mengalami keluhan rasa sakit dengan tingkat keluhan mencapai level dua (agak sakit) sebesar 25% dari anggota tubuh, level tiga (sakit) sebesar 53,57% dari anggota tubuh dan level empat (sangat sakit) sebesar 7,14% dari anggota tubuh. Dari hasil pengidentifikasian resiko kerja dengan metode Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA) terdapat empat dari sepuluh aktivitas kerja yang memiliki level resiko tinggi dengan mencapai action level tiga, sehingga harus dilakukan perbaikan fasilitas kerja pada stasiun kerja Pengepressan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan fasilitas meja kerja baru yang ergonomis dengan mengutamakan aspek antropometri pekerja sehingga pekerja merasa aman dan nyaman.
