Perancangan Fasilitas Kerja Menggunakan Data Antropometri dan Metode Quality Exposure Checklist (Qec) pada Stasiun Pemotongan di Home Industri Prima Multi Sport

Abstract. Prima Multi Sport is a home industry engaged in martial arts sports equipment. The nature of its production is make to order. Products made in make to order consist of samsak, body protectives, head protectors, boxing gloves, baseball gloves and so on. Overall the production process for all products consists of the process of polishing, cutting, combining materials, gluing, printing, sewing and the last one is packing. Operators at the cutting station complain of more pain after work compared to operators at other work stations. At the cutting station the operator works in a squat position on the floor, the back is bent, and the neck is always bent. Identification of work risks at the cutting station using the Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) method. In the QEC method there is a questionnaire consisting of two filling, which is filled by the operator and observer and then identifies the risk of the results of the questionnaire which has the purpose of knowing the posture load of workers while doing their work. In this case that is assessing the risk of work in the cutting process.The result of work risk testing using the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) method is obtained from the comparison of the five elements of the operator and observer's work, namely with the level of risk level on the operator obtaining action level 3 in each element of his work, therefore the need to take action in the near future. The work risk is caused by the work position on the bent back, and the lowered neck. This shows that the work carried out is at risk of injury to the operator so further action is needed to minimize the magnitude of the risk of work. Improvements made to minimize these risks are by designing an ergonomic cutting work table in accordance with the operator's needs at the cutting station using the Anthropometry method. The ultimate goal of doing research is to provide safety, comfort and health for operators in carrying out their work.

Abstrak. Prima Multi Sport merupakan home industri yang bergerak dibidang alat olahraga cabang beladiri. Sifat produksinya yaitu make to order. Produk yang dibuat secara make to order terdiri dari samsak, body protectif, pelindung kepala, sarung tinju, sarung tangan baseball dan lain sebagainya. Secara keseluruhan proses produksi untuk semua produk terdiri dari proses pemolaan, pemotongan, penggabungan bahan, pengeleman, penyablonan, penjahitan dan yang terakhir yaitu pengepakan.Operator pada stasiun pemotongan mengeluhkan lebih banyak rasa sakit setelah bekerja dibandingkan dengan operator pada stasiun kerja lainnya. Pada stasiun pemotongan operator bekerja dengan posisi tubuh jongkok diatas lantai, punggung membungkuk, dan leher yang selalu menunduk. Identifikasi resiko kerja pada stasiun pemotongan menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). Dalam metode QEC terdapat kuisioner yang terdiri dari dua pengisian yaitu diisi oleh operator dan pengamat lalu mengidentifikasi resiko dari hasil kuisioner yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui beban postur pekerja saat melakukan pekerjaannya. Pada  kasus ini yaitu menilai resiko pekerjaan pada proses pemotongan.Hasil pengujian resiko kerja dengan menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Check (QEC) diperoleh dari hasil perbandingan lima elemen kerja operator dan pengamat, yakni dengan tingkat level resiko pada operator memperoleh level tindakan 3 di setiap elemen kerjanya, maka dari itu perlunya dilakukan tindakan dalam waktu dekat. Resiko kerja tersebut diakibatkan oleh posisi kerja pada bagian punggung yang membungkuk, dan leher yang menunduk. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan beresiko terjadinya cedera pada operator sehingga perlu dilakukannya tindakan lebih lanjut guna meminimalisir besarnya resiko kerja. Perbaikan yang dilakukan guna meminimalisir resiko tersebut yaitu dengan merancang meja kerja pemotongan yang ergonomis sesuai dengan kebutuhan operator pada stasiun pemotongan dengan menggunakan metode Antropometri. Tujuan akhir dari dilakukannya penelitian adalah memberikan keamanan, kenyamanan, dan kesehatan bagi operator dalam melakukan pekerjaannya.
