Abstract. CV. IQRA is a company specializing in the area of convection in the manufacture of clothing, which is located at JL. Melong Asih No. 63C Cijerah, Bandung. The company is the company that runs the business process of make to stock with different kinds of brand products namely, Elif Teen, romance and Purity Marwa. Overall production process consists of the process of skecth, cutting, tailoring, QC, Finishing, Steaming, and final Packin. The questionnaire Quick Exposure Check (QEC) aims to find out loads of postures on workers who felt sick after doing his job. On this issue, namely assessing the risk of the work on the process of Steaming.

Abstrak. CV. IQRA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konveksi dalam pembuatan busana muslim, yang terletak di Jl. Melong Asih No. 63C Cijerah, Bandung. Perusahaan tersebut merupakan perusahaan yang menjalankan proses bisnis make to stock dengan berbagai jenis brand produk yakni Elif, Elif Teen, Asmara dan Shafa Marwa. Secara keseluruhan proses produksi terdiri dari proses pemolaan, pemotongan, penjahitan, QC, Finishing, Steaming, dan yang terakhir yaitu Packing. Identifikasi resiko kerja pada stasiun kerja Steaming menggunakan kuesioner menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Check (QEC). Kuesioner Quick Exposure Check (QEC) bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban postur pada pekerja yang dirasa sakit setelah melakukan pekerjaannya. Pada permasalahan ini yaitu menilai resiko pekerjaan pada proses Steaming.
