Perbaikan Fasilitas Kerja Pada Proses Pengemasan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Loading On The Upper Body Assessment (LUBA) (Studi Kasus: Pabrik Rahayu Bakery)

Abstract. A company will produce a good product quality and convenience when going on the operator does his job. Factory Rahayu Bakery is one of the food industry in Bandung city engaged in the food industry of bread. Based on the perceived grievances operators when performing the work, the operator on the packing process experience more complaints and work was done within two hours or until the product is packed complete. It shows that there are more problems of discomfort on the packing process compared to other processes. Nordic Questionnaire Body Maps is one of subjective measurement method for measuring muscle pain the workers and find out the location of the pain or discomfort on the body of workers. (Loading on the Upper Body Assessment) LUBA is a technique for postural load on top rating body. Results from the Nordic questionnaire Body Maps showing the operator experienced a complaint on the part of the body's neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, elbows, wrists, buttocks/thighs, knees and ankles. From the results of the analysis of risks with each element that LUBA methods work on the operator goes into categories 3 and 4 showed that it takes repeat place design of work or methods of work and required corrective actions through the design of facilities new work in order to minimize the occurrence of risk work more fatal to the operator at the work station of packaging. For the repair of facilities then designed a work table that can be used for 2 operators, so it doesn't need a space that is too large to store the desks and chairs hydraulic operator according to needs. The ultimate goal of this research is to provide comfort, convenience and health to work packing part operator.

Abstrak. Suatu perusahaan akan menghasilkan produk yang baik dan berkualitas ketika kenyamanan terjadi pada operator yang mengerjakan pekerjaannya tersebut. Pabrik Rahayu Bakery merupakan salah satu industri makanan di Kota Bandung yang bergerak dibidang industri makanan roti. Berdasarkan keluhan-keluhan yang dirasakan operator saat melakukan pekerjaan, operator pada proses pengemasan mengalami lebih banyak keluhan dan pekerjaan dilakukan dalam jangka waktu dua jam atau sampai produk yang dikemas selesai. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lebih banyak masalah ketidaknyamanan pada proses pengemasan dibandingkan dengan proses lainnya. Kuesioner Nordic Body Maps salah satu metode pengukuran subyektif untuk mengukur rasa sakit otot para pekerja dan mengetahui letak rasa sakit atau ketidaknyamanan pada tubuh pekerja. (Loading on the Upper Body Assessment) LUBA merupakan suatu teknik untuk pembebanan postural pada penilaian atas tubuh. Hasil dari kuesioner Nordic Body Maps menunjukkan operator mengalami keluhan pada bagian tubuh leher, bahu, punggung atas, siku, punggung bawah, pergelangan tangan, bokong/paha, lutut dan pergelangan kaki. Dari hasil analisis resiko dengan metode LUBA bahwa setiap elemen kerja pada operator masuk ke dalam kategori ke 3 dan 4 yang menunjukan bahwa diperlukan desain ulang tempat kerja atau metode kerja dan diperlukan tindakan korektif melalui perancangan fasilitas kerja yang baru guna meminimalisir terjadinya resiko kerja yang lebih fatal terhadap operator pada stasiun kerja pengemasan. Untuk perbaikan fasilitas maka dirancang meja kerja yang bisa digunakan untuk 2 operator, sehingga tidak membutuhkan ruang yang terlalu besar untuk menyimpan meja tersebut serta kursi hidrolik sesuai kebutuhan operator. Tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kenyamanan, kemudahan dan kesehatan untuk operator kerja bagian pengemasan.
