Kajian Proses Operasional Public Relations dalam Kegiatan Gathering Di PT. Birotika Semesta Bandung

Abstract


Abstract.  Every year the company created gathering activities protections increasingly exist in name “Us one†this in ad pages in 2017, the contents of the activities of their programs in which some high on the agenda can create motivation for every employees of PT. Birotika Semesta Bandung.The company often performs activities gathering because based on the existence of the decrease in the level of employee performance that affects an increase in turnover his services company. A rate of decrease in employee performance itself because other factors are less discipline time, less communicative between her fellow employees, less education from the boss, less a healthy appreciation for employees who performed well, and less on a picnic or no holiday bonus refreshing. In addition, a problem the poor performance of their employee who experienced by PT. Birotika Semesta Bandung itself because of the lack of the coordinates, and the lack of good communication among her fellow employees as well as covering workers. The purpose of this research to know stage define the problem public relations, stage planning and programming, stage take action and communicate, and stage evaluation public relations in the gathering in PT. Birotika of Bandung. Methods used descriptive aimed at to explain, streamlining a range of conditions, somewhere, arising in the community who are the objects of the research is based on what happened. Data collection of technique. Interview, observation, literature study. Research results in the defining the problem public relations divided to three stages namely contact personal search of any employees based on base company, cooperation with coordination of division, and key informants as a delegation from employees choice understand and know the problem in internal employees. The planning and programming is to do planning programs like defines the roles and mission the gathering. The stage take action and communicate have to act responsive and responsible, coordinates the action and communication, as well as the act of in response the open system by using language that easily understandable by any employees. Public relations in which evaluation stage in his zeal, the company often conduct an evaluation in the field of conceptual and evaluation of the program design, monitoring and accountability evaluate the gathering “As-One†2017

Abstrak. Setiap tahunnya perusahaan menciptakan kegiatan gathering yang bertajuk “As One†yang pada tahun 2017 ini, isi kegiatan programnya menyangkut beberapa agenda yang dapat menciptakan motivasi bagi setiap karyawan PT. Birotika Semesta Bandung. Pihak perusahaan sering melakukan kegiatan gathering karena didasari adanya penurunan tingkat kinerja karyawan yang mempengaruhi peningkatan omset perusahaan jasanya. Tingkat penurunan kinerja karyawan itu sendiri dikarenakan adanya faktor kurang disiplin waktu, kurang komunikatif antar sesama karyawan, kurang edukasi dari atasan, kurang penghargaan yang baik bagi karyawan yang berprestasi, serta kurang piknik atau tidak ada bonus libur refreshing. Selain itu, masalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan yang dialami PT. Birotika Semesta Bandung itu sendiri karena kurangnya kordinasi, serta kurangnya komunikasi yang baik diantara sesama karyawan pada saat bekerja.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tahap mendefinisikan masalah public relations, tahap perencanaan dan program, tahap mengambil tindakan dan komunikasi, serta tahap evaluasi program  Public Relations dalam kegiatan gathering di PT. Birotika Semesta Bandung. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif bertujuan untuk menjelaskan, meringkaskan berbagai kondisi, berbagai situasi, yang timbul di masyarakat yang menjadi objek penelitian itu berdasarkan apa yang terjadi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa. Wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian dalam tahap mendefinisikan problem public relations terbagi kepada tiga tahap yaitu pencarian kontak personal dari setiap karyawan berdasarkan data base perusahaan, adanya kerjasama dengan koordinator divisi, serta informan Kunci sebagai bentuk delegasi dari karyawan pilihan yang mengerti dan tahu problem di internal karyawan. Tahap planning dan programming yaitu melakukan perencanaan program seperti mendefinisikan peran dan misi kegiatan gathering. Tahap mengambil tindakan dan berkomunikasi harus bertindak responsif dan bertanggung jawab, mengoordinasikan aksi dan komunikasi, serta tindakan sebagai respon sistem terbuka dengan menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti oleh setiap karyawannya. Tahap evaluation Public Relations di mana dalam kegiatannya, perusahaan seringkali melakukan evaluasi baik secara evaluasi konseptual dan desain program, mengevaluasi monitoring dan akuntabilitas implementasi program gathering “As One†Tahun 2017.
