Abstract


The background and purpose of this research is to know the role of public relations SDN Banjarsari in restoring public confidence, any obstacles encountered in the public relations program SDN Banjarsari as well as the reason for the need for public relations programs in restoring public confidence. The method used in this research is case study. Data collection techniques used in this study is a interview, observation, literature studies and field studies. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive data model analysis, in this model data analysis components which include reduction, data presentation, and conclusion; Interactively interconnected during and after data collection.
