Abstract


This thesis entitled “The Crisis Management of Bandung Timur Plaza (Qualitative Research with Case Study Theory that is about Corrective Action of Bandung Timur Plaza (BTP) in Crisis Management). The case that is raised in this research is about the corrective action of Bandung Timur Plaza (BTP) that is caused financial lose so it is ended up with company crisis. The thesis aimed to know : the identification, analysis, covering, and the evaluation of Bandung Timur Plaza (BTP) in order to do Crisis Management. The method that is used in this thesis is qualitative method with case study theory which is aimed to clearly describe and detailed about how the corrective action of Bandung Timur Plaza (BTP) in order to do management crisis. However, the validation of data has gotten from six components of case study, that are : document, archives recording, interview, live observation, participant observation, and literatures. The subjects of this research that has been interviewed were internal management of Bandung Timur Plaza (BTP).
