Kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility Melalui Bakti Sosial Free Vaksin Dalam Upaya Pemeliharaan Hubungan Dengan Komunitas
Abstract
PT Bio Farma is one of the state-owned company that produces vaccines and sera. This company has been doing CSR activities since 1992. As a company that has been running CSR activities, the need for an evaluation to see the preparation, implementation, and impact obtained to improve the constraints faced in the future. Author formulates the problem as follows: "How Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through the 'Charity Free Vaccines' at the PT. Bio Farma in the Maintenance Efforts Relationship with the Community ". The method used is quantitative method with a descriptive approach, and uses the PII Model to determine the stage of the preparation, implementation, and impact of CSR activities that have been held on December 8, 2014. Key informant in this study is the section head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Staff Bio Farma CSR. The conclusion is: PT. Bio Farma collect indormasi about sedag growing problem in society, conducted a survey to check the truth of the information that has been obtained, determine target and analyze the activities of what is suitable for the public. PT. Bio Farma invite Republika and Indonesiabisnis.com to do publicity, then send the press release to be published through the media. PT. Bio Farma carry out a monitoring to 10% of the people who attended to find out how many people who understand the content of the message about the vaccine or the company. From the results obtained, that there is an increase, knowledge, understanding of the public about the vaccine and the company. Unfortunately, public awareness of the importance of vaccination is still fairly minimal
