Juridical Review of Legal Protection of Journeys Who Experiences Criminal Criminals in Running Jurnalistic Professional Project Issued by Law No 40 Year 1999 About Press
Abstract
The continuation of violence cases and or journalists persecution, in 1999 press laws was enacted, is a great concern considering those who perpetrate the persecution of the press are the people who should support the profession of journalists to provide services in terms of information. The term of violence either in the form of persecution or destruction of goods experienced by journalists is basically a serious threat to democracy.
