Potensi Antidiabetes Beberapa Ekstrak Tanaman dengan Metode Induksi Aloksan

Abstract


Abstract. Diabetes mellitus is a body experiencing conditions that cause a symptom including symptoms of body disorders such as feeling thirsty, urinating, and always feeling hungry due to increasing glucose levels in the blood. The purpose of this study is to know that some plants can be used to reduce glucose levels and secondary metabolite compounds that can reduce blood glucose levels. The process of searching journals using online sites that use the keywords Antidiabetic, Aloxan, decreased blood glucose levels and journals used in the last 10 years that are accredited nationally and internationally. In the Fabaceae, Myrtacae, Poaceae, Acanthaceae, Zingiberaceae, Combretaceae, Asclepiadaceae, Cucurbitaceae, Melastomataceae, Melastomataceae, Asteraceae, Oxalidaceae, Moraceae, Lamiaceae, Papilionoidae, Annonaceae, Malvceae, lowering blood glucose compounds, can lower blood glucose levels which can decrease blood glucose levels including flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, tannins, polyphenols, anthocyanins

Abstrak. Diabetes melitus merupakan tubuh mengalami  keadaan yang menimbulkan suatu gejala diantaranya gejala gangguan tubuh seperti  merasa haus, buang air kecil, dan selalu merasa lapar akibat meningkatkan kadar glukosa di . darahTujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui beberapa ekstrak tanaman yang dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa dan senyawa metabolite sekunder yang mampu menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Proses pencarian jurnal menggunakan situs online yang menggunakan keyword Antidiabetes, aloxan, penurunan kadar glukosa darah dan jurnal yang digunakan 10 tahun terakhir yang terakreditasi nasional dan internasional.Hasil dan Pembahasan: Pada suku  tanaman Fabaceae, Myrtacae, Poaceae, Acanthaceae, Zingiberaceae, Combretaceae, Asclepiadaceae, Cucurbitaceae, Melastomataceae, Asteraceae, Oxalidaceae, Moraceae, Lamiaceae, Papilionoidae, Annonaceae, Malvceae,dapat berkhasiat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah  karena terdapat senyawa metabolite sekunder yang mampu menurun kadar glukosa darah diantarnya flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin, tanin, polifenol, antosianin.
