Result obtained from 272 patients, 151 (55.5%) with acute appendicitis and 121 (44.5%) with perforated appendicitis. Patient with perforated appendicitis higher in the 11 – 20 year age group (29.7%). Chi-Square test result showed that there is no significant relationship between age with perforated appendix at RSUD Al Ihsan Bandung in 2016.
