Abstract

Abstract. One of the symptoms of Covid-19 is respiratory distress and is marked by a decrease in oxygen saturation. The causative treatment for Covid-19 is still under research. Therefore, supportive treatment is needed. One of the supportive treatment is to do the prone position. The study aimed to analyze the effect of Prone's position on oxygen saturation in Covid-19 patients. This research was conducted from 2019-2020.  The research was taken using the scoping review method with samples of international scientific articles that match the eligibility criteria. This study's results were taken from 3 databases, Springer Link, Science Direct, and Google Scholar, with 10,124 initial search results and ten articles matching eligibility criteria. As a result of 10 articles, one article stated no effect of prone position on increasing oxygen saturation. Nine other articles found an increase in oxygen saturation after the prone position. This study's conclusion is based on the dominant study showing that the prone position can increase oxygen saturation in Covid-19 patients.
