Samples come from international journals related to the influence of body length and position on musculoskeletal complaints in medical personnel. The databases used in this study were PubMed, Science Direct, Springer Link, and Google Scholar, with a total of 1,812 articles. Screening results on articles by the inclusion criteria were 853 articles. Articles that passed PICOS were 13 articles. The result of the scoping review of the 13 articles shows that the length of work and the position at work contributed to the incidence of musculoskeletal complaints, can affect several parts of the body.
