Pengukuran Stres Kerja pada Pegawai Bukan Dosen

Abstract


Abstract. Occupational stress is a psychosocial risk that can lead to accidents and illnesses due to work. Work content and context are the causes of occupational stress that can be influenced by employee characteristics. This study aims to measure employees' characteristic relationship with the incidence of occupational stress in non-lecturer employees. This research uses an observational analytics method with a cross-sectional research design. The tools used Work Stress Diagnosis Survey Questionnaire Of Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 5 the Year 2018 on Occupational Health and Safety of Work Environment. Respondents were examined amounting to 43 non-lecturers at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of Bandung, with sampling techniques using total sampling. The results showed that 77% of respondents were at moderate stress levels and employee characteristics had no relationship with occupational stress. This research is limited to individual factors of employees. Work stress, in addition to being caused by individual factors, job factors can also play a role. Job factors include interpersonal relationships, career development, roles in employment, conditions, and working environment.

Abstrak. Stres kerja merupakan risiko psikososial yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Konten dan konteks kerja menjadi penyebab stres kerja yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur hubungan karakteritik pegawai dengan kejadian stres kerja pada pegawai bukan dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional dan menggunakan kuesioner Survei Diagnosis Stres Kerja Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No. 5 Tahun 2018 tentang Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja Lingkungan Kerja. Responden yang diteliti berjumlah 43 pegawai bukan dosen di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Bandung dengan teknik pengambilan menggunakan total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 77% responden berada pada tingkat stres sedang dan karakteristik pegawai tidak memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja. Penelitian ini terbatas pada faktor individu pegawai. Stres kerja selain dapat disebabkan oleh faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan pun dapat berperan. Faktor pekerjaan meliputi hubungan interpersonal, pengembangan karir, peran dalam pekerjaan, kondisi dan lingkungan pekerja.
