Hubungan Menonton Televisi dengan Kejadian Status Gizi Lebih pada Wanita Usia Reproduktif

Abstract. Overweight and obesity are the accumulation of excess or abnormal fat in the body which can interfere with health.The problem of obesity often occurs in women of reproductive age.One of the screen time activities is watching longer television which is reported to have a greater risk of causing overweigth and obesity due to reduced physical activity.This study aims to analyze the relationship between watching television and the incidence of over nutritional status in women of reproductive age.This research is a Scoping Review, by searching for articles from the PubMed, Science Direct, Springer Link and Google Scholar databases.Articles that fit the inclusion criteria were 690 articles and articles that were included in the exclusion criteria were 682 articles.The results of the feasibility test are based on PICOS as many as eight articles. The results obtained are four articles showing that watching television at least once a week increases the likelihood of women being overweight and obese. Three articles suggest that watching television occasionally and every day increases a woman's chances of being obese. One article showed that watching television ≥ 35 hours / week increased the likelihood of a woman having a greater waist circumference and BMI, as well as abdominal obesity.  This research was conducted in the period March-December 2020. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between watching television and the incidence of over nutritional status in women of reproductive age, especially in urban areas than in rural areas.

Abstrak. Overweight dan obesitas adalah adalah akumulasi lemak yang berlebih atau tidak normal dalam tubuh yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan.Masalah obesitas sering terjadi pada wanita usia reproduktif. Aktivitas screen time salah satunya ialah menonton televisi yang lebih panjang dilaporkan berisiko lebih besar menyebabkan overweigth dan obesitas karena mengurangi aktivitas fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan menonton televisi dengan kejadian status gizi lebih pada wanita usia reproduktif. Penelitian ini merupakan Scoping Review, dengan mencari artikel dari database PubMed, Science Direct, Springer Link dan Google Scholar. Artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 690 artikel dan artikel yangtermasuk kedalam kriteria eksklusi sebanyak 682artikel. Hasil uji kelayakan berdasar atas PICOS sebanyakdelapan artikel. Hasil yang didapatyaitu empatartikel  menunjukkan bahwa menonton televisi paling sedikit sekali seminggu meningkatkan kemungkinan wanita mengalami overweight dan obesitas. Tiga artikel menunjukkan bahwa menonton televisi kadang-kadang dan setiap hari meningkatkan kemungkinan wanita mengalami obesitas. Satu artikel menunjukkan bahwa menonton televisi ≥ 35 jam / minggu meningkatkan kemungkinan wanita memiliki lingkar pinggang dan IMT lebih besar, serta obesitas perut.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada periode Maret-Desember2020.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan menonton televisi dengan kejadian status gizi lebih pada wanita usia reproduktif, khususnya di daerah perkotaan dibandingkan di daerah pedesaan.
