Perbedaan Pengaruh Kopi Robusta Dan Arabika Terhadap Tekanan Darah Dan Denyut Nadi Pada Wanita Premenopause

Abstrak

Prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia sekitar 31,7%. Hipertensi dapat diakibatkan oleh konsumsi makanan/minuman dengan kafein berlebihan. Kafein meningkatkan tekanan darah sesuai dengan jumlah kafein yang dikonsumsi. Biji kopi mengandung kafein yang jumlahnya berbeda antar spesies. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh kopi robusta dan arabika terhadap tekanan darah dan denyut nadi pada wanita  premenopause. penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik eksperimental dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara random sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wanita usia 40-50 tahun di Kelurahan Tamansari,Bandung sejumlah 84 orang. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan masing-masing kopinya adalah robusta dan arabika. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan darah dan denyut nadi wanita yang diberi kopi robusta tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum minum kopi,30 menit dan 1 jam setelah minum kopi dikarenakan P-value > 0,05, sedangkan tekanan darah dan denyut nadi wanita yang diberi kopi arabika terdapat perbedaan tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah 30 menit minum kopi arabika dengan nilai P sebesar 0.001 . Tekanan darah 30 menit setelah minum kopi dengan 1 jam setelah minum kopi terdapat perbedaan dengan nilai P 0,000 (P<0.05), kemudian hasil statistik untuk denyut nadi sebelum minum kopi arabika dengan 30 menit setelah minum kopi arabika tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan karena p-valuenya > 0.05, terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan dan bermakna antara sebelum minum kopi dengan 1 jam setelah minum kopi karena p-valuenya < 0.05 dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan dan bermakna antara 30 menit setelah minum kopi dengan 1 jam setelah minum kopi karena p-valuenya > 0.05. 

 

Abstract

The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is around 31.7%. Hypertension can be caused by consumption of food / drinks with excessive caffeine. Caffeine increases blood pressure according to the amount of caffeine consumed. Coffee beans contain caffeine which is liked differently between species. The purpose of this study was to study the interaction of robusta coffee and arabica on blood pressure and pulse in premenopausal women. This study uses experimental analytical methods and sampling uses random sampling. The subjects of this study were women aged 40-50 years in Tamansari Village, Bandung, amounting to 84 people. This research was divided into two groups with each coffee being robusta and arabica. The results of this study indicate the fact that the blood and pulse of women given Robusta coffee were not considered to be significantly different before drinking coffee, 30 minutes and 1 hour after drinking coffee because the value of P> 0.05, while the blood pressure and pulse of women is called arabica coffee There is a difference in pressure before and after 30 minutes of drinking arabica coffee with a P value of 0.001. Blood pressure 30 minutes after drinking coffee with 1 hour after drinking coffee in different amounts with a P value of 0.000 (P <0.05), then the statistical results for pulse before drinking arabica coffee with 30 minutes after drinking arabica coffee there was a significant difference because p-value> 0.05, including significant differences and significance between before coffee and 1 hour after drinking coffee because the p-value is <0.05 and does not include significant and related differences between 30 minutes after drinking coffee with 1 hour after drink coffee because the p-value is> 0.05.
