Gambaran Angka Kejadian dan Karakteristik Batu Saluran Kemih di Rumah Sakit Al-Islam Badung Periode Januari sampai Desember 2017

Abstract


Abstract. Urolithiasis or urinary stones is the formation of stone in the urinary tract, its incidence and prevalence is increasing in men and women in the world. This is related to the changes of metabolic factor, changes in diet, and even global warming. The aim of the study was to know the number of event and urinary stones patient characteristic based on age, gender, occupation, and location of the stones. There were 188 urinary stones patient who met inclusion criteria. This research is a descriptive observational with cross sectional design and data collection technique of total sampling from medical record data of patient urinary stones period January to December 2017. The total data according to inclusion criteria was 188, with the most age group at the age of ≥51 years (107; 56,9%). Men were more frequently affected by (124; 66%) than women. The work groups that were often affected to urinary stones namely entrepreneur (77; 41%). The most affected location is right ureter (69; 36,7).

Abstrak. Urolitiasis atau batu saluran kemih adalah pembentukan batu pada saluran kemih yang insidensi dan prevalensinya meningkat pada laki-laki maupun wanita di dunia. Hal ini berkaitan dengan perubahan faktor metabolik, perubahan pola makan, dan bahkan pemanasan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui angka kejadian dan karakteristik pasien batu saluran kemih berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, dan lokasi batu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian obsevasional deskriptif dengan desain potong lintang dan teknik pengambilan data Total Sampling dari data rekam medis pasien batu saluran kemih periode Januari sampai Desember 2017 di RS Al-Islam. Total data yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 188, dengan kelompok usia terbanyak pada usia ≥51 tahun(107; 56,9%). Laki-laki lebih sering terkena (124; 66%) dibandingkan wanita. Pekerjaan yang sering terkena batu saluran kemih yaitu wiraswasta (77; 41%). Lokasi yang paling sering terkena yaitu ureter kanan (69; 36,7%).
