Karakteristik Pasien Batu Ginjal Berdasarkan Usia, Jenis Kelamin, dan Kadar Elektrolit di RSUD Al-Ihsan Kabupaten Bandung Periode 1 Januari 2016–31 Desember 2017

Abstract


Abstract. Kidney stone is an abnormal condition in the kidney, that contains crystal components and organic matrix. Kidney stones is the most common disease in the urinary tract. In Indonesia, the highest prevalence for kidney stone is among the age group of 55-64 years old, and among men. Kidney stones have many risk factors, including age, gender, race, obesity, climate, diet including lack of drinking, family history, systemic disease, and urinary factors. The purpose of this study is to know the characteristics of kidney stone patients based on the age, gender, and electrolyte levels at RSUD Al Ihsan Kabupaten Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive retrospective cross-sectional with total sampling from medical records data totaling 100 medical records and analyzed by univariate analyses. The result showed that 33 of them are in the age group of 46-55 years old, which occupies the highest incidence rate. The incidence in men is 62 cases (62%), meanwhile in women is 38 cases (38%). Peak age group for men is in the age range of 56-65 years old (32.25%), whereas for women is in the age range of 46-55 years old (39.47%). In this study, electrolyte levels of sodium, potassium, and calcium levels showed the highest levels were normal. Conclusion, the peak incidence was in the age group 46-55 years, male> female, and the majorities of electrolyte levels were normal.

Abstrak. Batu ginjal adalah keadaan tidak normal di dalam ginjal, yang mengandung komponen kristal serta matriks organik. Batu ginjal merupakan penyakit tersering di saluran kemih. Di Indonesia, batu ginjal tertinggi pada kelompok usia 55-64 tahun, dan pada jenis kelamin pria. Batu ginjal mempunyai banyak faktor risiko, diantaranya usia, jenis kelamin, ras, obesitas, iklim, diet termasuk kurang minum, riwayat keluarga, penyakit sistemik, dan faktor urinasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien batu ginjal berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan kadar elektrolit di RSUD Al-Ihsan Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif retrospektif potong lintang dengan total sampling dari data rekam medis yang berjumlah 100 rekam medis dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil menunjukkan 33 subjek menempati angka kejadian tertinggi pada kelompok usia 46-55 tahun. Indisensi pada pria sebanyak 62 kasus (62%), sedangkan pada wanita sebanyak 38 kasus (38%). Pria terbanyak ada pada kelompok usia 56-65 tahun (32,25%), sedangkan wanita ada pada kelompok usia 46-55 tahun (39,47%). Pada penelitian ini, kadar elektrolit baik kadar natrium, kalium, maupun kalsium menunjukkan kadar terbanyak adalah normal. Simpulan, puncak insidensi ada pada kelompok usia 46-55 tahun, pria>wanita, dan kadar elektrolit mayoritas normal.
