Pengaruh Partisipasi dan Kompetisi Pengguna Sistem Informasi terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of user participation and user competence on the performance of information systems. This research took place at Private Junior High School in Bandung. The research method used is empirical study with descriptive and verifikatif research type. Data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 22. Respondent in this research is, administrative officer and teacher using information system and sample is determined by simple random sampling technique, where the sample is obtained randomly from the population section encountered with the number of samples of 30 with 108 respondents. The results showed that user participation, user competence, and information system performance at Private Junior High School in Bandung is good. User participation significantly affects the performance of information systems in the amount of 26.56%. User competence has a significant effect on information system performance quality in the amount of 44.98%. The magnitude of the influence of these two variables on the performance of information systems are still in the category of good which means there are still other factors that can also affect the performance of information systems.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh partisipasi pengguna dan kompetensi pengguna terhadap kinerja sistem informasi. penelitian ini mengambil lokasi pada SMP Swasta di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi empiris dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah, pegawai tata usaha dan guru yang menggunakan sistem informasi dan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling, dimana sampel diperoleh secara acak dari bagian populasi yang ditemui dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 dengan 108 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa partisipasi pengguna, kompetensi pengguna, dan kinerja sistem informasi pada SMP Swasta di Kota Bandung sudah baik. Partisipasi pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi sebesar 26,56%. Kompetensi pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja sistem informasi 44,98%. Besarnya pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja sistem informasi masih berada dalam katagori baik yang berarti masih ada faktor lain yang juga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi.
