The Effect of Balanced Scorecard Implementation on Working Behavior of Managers at PT Roda Teknindo Purajaya Bengkulu

Abstract


Companies that have applied balanced scorecard method are expected to maximize the manager's behavior. This research was conducted at PT Roda Teknindo Purajaya Kota Bengkulu by using descriptive research method and verifikatif research method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted with interviews and questionnaireswork behavior. This research is to know: (1) applying balanced scorecard, (2) manager's work behavior, and (3) influence of balanced scorecard implementation to manager's. Data analysis in this study using Likert scale and using a simple linear regression analysis tool. The population of this research is all employees of PT Roda Teknindo Purajaya Bengkulu with sampling technique using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling type. The results of this research are: (1) the application of balanced scorecard on PT Roda Teknindo Purajaya is in very good category. (2) The work behavior of the manager shows very good criteria (3) The application of balanced scorecard has significant and significant influence to the manager's work behavior at PT Roda Teknindo Purajaya.
