Perancangan Sistem Informasi Klinik Pratama UPT Kesehatan Universitas Islam Bandung

Abstract

Abstract. Primary Clinic Health Integrated Service Unit Bandung Islamic University is a technical service unit engaged in health services at the Islamic University of Bandung, located on Jl. Tamansari No.1, Tamansari, Kec. Bandung Wetan, Bandung City, West Java 40116. The health services provided do not only serve the academic community (students, lecturers / university staff) but also serve the surrounding community who are in the campus environment. Health services are provided by three health technical personnel including general practitioners, dentists and tocologist (maternal and child health). The problems that exist in the Primary Clinic of Integrated Health Services Unit of the Islamic University of Bandung include manual data storage and storage, systems and procedures have not been properly managed, the documents used for each section are incomplete and no reports are made as information on the Clinic. This study aims to create an information system design model that is suitable for poliumum, polygigi, polikia-kb, which consists of registration / service, pharmacy, and cashier section. To be more effective and efficient at work, a computerized system so that it can store and process data regularly. In this design, the FAST (Framework For Application Of System Technique) method is used, namely the System Depelopment stage and the techniques used in the data used by JAD (Joint Application Development) to produce a more structured system. The results of the research conducted by the researcher made a design of an information system for general polyclinic, dental clinic and maternal and child health that can support operational activities in the Primary Clinic of Integrated Health Services Unit of the Islamic University of Bandung.

Abstrak. Klinik Pratama UPT Kesehatan Universitas Islam Bandung merupakan unit pelayanan teknis yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan kesehatan di universitas islam bandung yang berlokasi di Jl. Tamansari No.1, Tamansari, Kec. Bandung Wetan, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40116. Pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan tidak hanya melayani civitas akademik (mahasiswa, dosen/karyawan unisba) tetapi juga melayani masyarakat sekitar yang berada di lingkungan kampus. Pelayanan kesehatan dilakukan oleh tiga tenaga teknis kesehatan diantaranya dokter umum, dokter gigi dan bidan (kesehatan ibu dan anak). Adapun permasalahan yang ada di Klinik Pratama UPT Kesehatan Univeristas Islam Bandung meliputi pemrosesan data pada sistem dan prosedur yang dikelola belum cukup baik dan penyimpananya masih disimpan di rak, dokumen yang digunakan untuk bagian yang ada di klinik belum memadai dan tidak adanya laporan yang dibuat untuk dijadikan informasi pada Klinik Pratama UPT Kesehatan Univeristas Islam Bandung. Dengan adanya penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun rancangan model yang sesuai dengan poliumum, poligigi, polikia-kb, yang terdiri dari bagian pendaftaran/pelayanan, apotek,  dan bagian kasir. Agar lebih efektif dan efisien dalam dalam bekerja, diperlukan sistem yang yang terkomputerisasi. didalam perancangan ini dipakai metode  FAST (Framework For Application Of System Technique), dengan tahapan pengembangan sistem serta teknik yang digunakan dalam memperoleh data yaitu JAD (Joint Application Development) agar sistem yang dihasilkan menjadi terstruktur. Tahapan yang dilakukan peneliti membuahkan hasil sebuah rancangan sistem informasi poliumum, poligigi dan poliKIA-KB yang dapat menunjang kegiatan operasional pada Klinik Pratama Unit Pelayanan Terpadu Kesehatan Universitas Islam Bandung.
