Pengaruh Locus Of Control dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Auditor

Abstract

Abstract.The purpose of this researchis on the influence of locus of control and leadership style towards the performance of Auditors. The study used a verifiable method with a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing was conducted with multiple linear regression analysis methods. By using proportional simple random sampling as a data collection technique. The respondents of this research are 33 auditors working on KAP inghBandung city. Theghresults indicated thatghthe locusghof control and leadership styles were influential positively on the auditor's performance. Advice for the auditors and KAP leaders in the city of Bandung, preferably improve the skills and knowledge owned, payghattention to the qualityghof the work in a way that is always thorough, establishing good communication, and consistent with every decision Taken.

Abstrak.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengenai pengaruh locus of control dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja auditor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Dengan menggunakan proportional simple random sampling sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Responden penelitian ini adalah 33 auditor yang bekerja pada KAP di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa locus of control dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Saran bagi para auditor dan pemimpin KAP di Kota Bandung, sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki, memperhatikan kualitas kerja dengan cara selalu teliti, membangun komunikasi yang baik, dan konsisten pada setiap keputusan yang diambil.
