Abstract


Abstract. This research is based on the increasing number of online media milling around in the internet world. The amount of news about the manufacture and development of the corona vaccine in online media can help the public to get a variety of information about the extent to which this vaccine has been made. The purpose of this study was to determine the reception and mortgage position of the people in Bandung Regency regarding the news of the Corona Vaccine on CNBCIndonesia.com. This study used a qualitative methodology with the Stuart Hall interpretation reception analysis approach. Coverage of the corona vaccine on CNBCIndonesia.com is considered factual and quite balanced for readers, besides that in this study there are two mortgage positions filled by informants, namely the dominant position and the negotiating position.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini didasari oleh semakin banyaknya media online yang berseliweran di dunia internet. Banyaknya berita mengenai pembuatan dan pengembangan vaksin corona di media online dapat membantu khalayak untuk mendapatkan beragam informasi mengenai sudah sejauh mana pembuatan vaksin ini berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui resepsi dan posisi hipotekal masyarakat di Kabupaten Bandung terhadap berita Vaksin Corona di CNBCIndonesia.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis resepsi pemaknaan Stuart Hall. Pemberitaan vaksin corona di CNBCIndonesia.com dinilai faktual dan cukup berimbang bagi pembaca, selain itu dalam penelitian ini ada dua posisi hipotekal yang diisi oleh informan yaitu posisi dominan dan posisi negosiasi.
